Network Five Architecture were commissioned by Bestway Holdings Ltd to redevelop surplus parking and service yard hardstandings at their Cambuslang Batley’s Cash & Carry site to create 5nr. linked warehouse units totalling 33,500 square feet of speculative warehouse floor space.  This linear arrangement allowed for future subdivision based on tenant demand by means of lightweight, fire rated partitions.

N5A acted as design team leaders and obtained all necessary statutory approvals as well as providing the client with local support in terms of site progress & quality monitoring and liaison with legal representation and letting agents.
